Tammy began her first business, The Southern Touch, with a mop and a broom in a small garage adjacent to her Pensacola Beach home. By competitively serving the condominium market on Pensacola Beach she quickly expanded the business, which now includes laundry, linen service, and painting services. Working with this condominium market provided many opportunities for investment. Her perseverance in finding great deals for herself and others lead her to her real estate career. Though she had first qualified for her real estate license when she was only 18, she became so busy with her other businesses and children she didn't pursue real estate until almost 6 years ago.
